Military Appreciation Night

Come and join the Fort Loramie football team as they honor active and veteran military personnel! The 1st Annual Military Appreciation Night will take place this Friday, September 30, 2016 as the Redskins take on the Tigers from Waynesfield-Goshen. In an effort to honor and show respect for those who serve and have served, each individual member of the football team will be sponsoring a veteran that evening be it a grandparent, parent, brother, sister, or extended family member. The players have invited a veteran to the game to be their honorary guest for the evening including being introduced along with the players on the field and other pre-game festivities. The on-field recognition of these men and women will begin at 6:45pm. In addition to these veterans, we will be asking all who have served to stand and be acknowledged culminating with the playing of our national anthem, The Start Spangled Banner, by our Fort Loramie Marching Band, prior to kick-off at 7:00pm.

Any active military or veteran that shows their military ID at the gate will receive FREE admission to the game.

We look forward to this evening and seeing our Fort Loramie and Waynesfield Goshen families, friends, and fans supporting all those who have taken a pledge to defend our country!
