Redskins News · Athletics Update

Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe/healthy during these unusual times. With the ever changing landscape of athletics, we wanted to update you on a few items:

  1. OHSAA recently released that sports physicals will not be extended another year, meaning student-athletes will once again have to obtain a physical. We are in communication with the Health Department & Dr.’s that have graciously helped us in the past with our Free Physical Night. We will let you know ASAP if we are able to do this once again this year. If you would like to schedule on your own, you can access the 2020-21 physical form here – We will once again utilize OneView for the sports documents with physicals being uploaded. OneView is working on resetting the system and will notify us when this is live for you to complete. Reminder, this will need to be completed before August 1st (first day of Fall sports).
  2. We have TENTATIVELY set summer camp dates to take place in July. A number of restrictions will have to be lifted in order for us to hold these events. We are cautiously optimistic things will return to “normal” at this time. Camp forms can be found on the athletics website ( > More > Camp Registration Forms). All payments and forms should be turned in the first day of camp. Please check the grades being offered as some have changed from years past.
  3. School facilities will be available for our student-athletes and coaches only beginning June 1st. All coaches will be reaching out to each student-athlete on the protocols we have set forth to adhere to the Responsible RestartOhio initiative. With the safety protocols in place, any student-athlete using the facilities should be accompanied by a coach.

We are excited to have our student-athletes back in the facilities doing what they love. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
