Volleyball finishes as State Runner Up

The Fort Loramie volleyball team’s season came to an end on Saturday afternoon in the state finals held at Wright State’s Nutter Center. The Lady Redskins fell to neighbor New Bremen Cardinals 3-1. Hoelscher Named District IX POY – Rodgers COY

The OHSVCA District 9 honorees were announced yesterday and McKenzie Hoelscher was named as Player of the Year. Last week, Hoelscher was also named as the SCAL Player of the year. Kenzie Hoelscher named SCAL Volleyball Player of the Year

The 2019 SCAL Volleyball All-SCAL team was announced Wednesday night and Junior Kenzie Hoelscher was tabbed as the Player of the Year. Kenzie led the Redskins with 277 kills and 51 blocks this season. Also named to the 1st team was Junior Maya Maurer. Senior Marissa Meiring landed on 2nd team and Sophomore Ava Sholtis Honorable
